Join us for a free senior community event in Madison, NJ focused on staying active, informed, and connected.

Aging Well: A Community Day for Seniors brings together local nonprofits, engaging talks, light movement sessions, and interactive memory activities, all designed to support healthy aging in Madison, Chatham, Florham Park, and the surrounding Morris County and Essex County communities.

This welcoming event is open to seniors and their families. Walk in anytime and stay as long as you’d like.

Mike has been studying martial arts for 5+ years, and has been teaching Medical Qigong and Tai Chi for 15 years. He is certified in the holistic healing modalities of Medical Qigong, Neurolinguistic Programming, Regression Therapy, The Emoti on Code, Reiki, and Regression Hypnosis.

Over the past 35 years, Bruce Esrig has studied four 108-move tai chi forms. He has contributed to two books about balance by George Locker: Falling is NOT an Option and A Science of Healthy Balance.
